Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness events at the age of sixteen. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness shows as a teenager. In the year 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card within a year. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was required to take six years away from performing when she was awarded her Professional card to complete her college. In 2015, she continued the same path as she did in the previous year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show, she continued competing throughout her career and setting more ambitious goals every year. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel was able to make a comeback at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. The summer of 2016, she won winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and came home with 6th place, within the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than happy of her placing. Considering she was battling against some of the top competitors. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her physique each year. Ariel's favorite body part to work out is the back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using machines, as well as bent-over rows. The warm-up is done prior to working on the sets. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
