Annmarie Fairweather leads all practices related to People, Talent and Culture within Learning Ally. Annmarie is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience. She has worked across various industries, working with the leaders as well as their teams to increase performance of their businesses, specifically during times of growth and rapid transformation by focusing on creating, aligning and leading a global people strategy. She was a key expert in the translation of enterprise-wide strategies and plans into corporate strategies and employee engagement. Awed by the leadership of teams, she views team building and learning as crucial to maintaining an advantage in the marketplace. Her experience in working for Fortune 500, small companies and mid-sized enterprises has allowed in creating cultures of learning and innovation that positively impact teams and individuals. While Annmarie is inspired to invest her time and talent in support Learning Ally's mission she currently provides support for a variety of non-profit organisations in her spare time. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a committee that aims to helping women grow into leaders. She also provides training for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America. This professional association has a mission of providing the opportunity for networking and advocacy to hospitals that provide hospitality services.
